R.E.Y. provided multibeam bathymetric surveys, ground control, and aerial mapping control for recreational boat ramp extensions and overall campground improvements at Hell Hole Reservoir and French Meadows.

Both sites were extremely remote with limited access due to the King Fire being active at the time of survey. Access to the water was further hindered by the lake level being well below the end of the existing ramp. As a result, R.E.Y. utilized a small 14′ survey launch, towed to the water’s edge, and launched from the beach.
