As part of the North Complex Fire Recovery Program, R.E.Y. assisted Butte County in establishing the right of way on both sides of selected portions of Bald Rock Road, Zink Road and Rockerfeller Road.  R.E.Y. was tasked with determining the right of way portion of all the abutting parcels along over ten miles of County roads. This necessitated locating numerous parcel corners and cadastral monuments through these project areas.  R.E.Y. crews then set stakes along these rights of way at fifty-foot intervals to assist County crews with determining ownership of the fire damaged trees to facilitate cost sharing with F.E.M.A. for tree removal.  These surveys resulted in the preparation of nine Records of Survey.
