Principal and Engineering Operations Manager

As Engineering Operations Manager, David Sagan oversees R.E.Y.’s engineering staff and is responsible for managing the firm’s quality management program for engineering deliverables. Dave has over 25 years of civil engineering experience in the management, approval, design and delivery of residential, commercial and public infrastructure projects. His expertise includes the design of residential and commercial projects, tentative map preparation, feasibility studies, water studies, sewer studies, drainage studies, terrain modeling, grading design, street/sidewalk/curb/gutter design, wet utility design, street lighting design, stripping and parking design, cost estimates, earthwork quantities, erosion control plans, storm water pollution prevention plan preparation, and grading and improvement plans. He is a licensed Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developer and Qualified SWPPP Practioner.  He has been with R.E.Y. since 1996.
