Frank brings extensive finance and operations management experience from working with both public and private companies to the R.E.Y. team. He has worked with engineering and construction companies as a finance and accounting leader for over 10 years.  He is committed to using technology in conjunction with industry best practices to provide value for R.E.Y. clients. Frank is a Marine Corps veteran, having served 10 years and achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. He has been with R.E.Y. since 2023.
